Jobs Available
When we get a job opening, we will post them on our Olivia and Friends Facebook page first. We will then contact you via the phone number listed on your resume. We typically set up interviews through FaceTime, but can do in-person interviews as needed. We'll then get you set up for your first interview with us. We can't wait to meet you!
STEP 3
Pre-Hire Paperwork
What happens after we contact you to interview? Let's get the process started! We'll direct you here to print your pre-hire paperwork, or give you copies at your interview. The following documents need to be completed prior to hire. You will bring these completed documents to your follow up interview. Once you have completed all necessary additional documents, we will be ready to move on to the hiring process!
Form i-9
Employment Eligibility
The first order of business will be filling out your form i-9. You will need to bring two forms of identity to your follow up interview. The list of acceptable forms of identity is listed on page 3 of your i-9. Typically, your valid drivers license and social security card are used. We will also give you your W-4 to fill out for tax purposes at your follow up interview.
STEP 4
Job Offer!
At your follow up interview, we will review your pre-hire documentation to make sure it's all completed. We will then go ahead and schedule you for your background check, fill our your w-4, and present you with your official job offer and start date. Once your background check clears, we'll get started! Your first day we'll let you go through our employee handbook, and shadow with someone in your current role for the week to make sure you know the ropes. Welcome!
